When are you open?
We are open 7:30am to 5:30pm weekdays, and the same hours throughout the school holidays.
We are closed for bank holidays, and a week over the Christmas period.
Fees
Our charge throughout both the Cottage and the Cabin is £7 per hour, of this £4 goes towards staffing costs, and £3 contributes towards resources and other materials. Our invoices are sent out monthly to be paid in advance. Our breakfast and afterschool clubs are charged at £6 per hour for school children, with a continental breakfast spread before school, a small snack straight after school, and a light tea at 4pm all included in the price.
Minimum sessions are 30 minutes.
What are the extra charges if I am running late?
Please try to give us as much notice as possible, but any extra time you may need will usually not be a problem. Any extra hours you may need will be charged at the same rate as your usual hours, by the half hour, or hour.
What food do you offer?
Our breakfast club includes a continental spread of toast, cereal and fresh fruit and yogurt.
We offer a morning and afternoon snack of fresh fruit or healthy carbohydrates.
We prepare and cook hot lunches on site, with a two weekly rotating menu of fresh, healthy, and child friendly meals offered for an additional £2.50 per day.
Our afterschool care includes a light tea, such as healthy wraps, crumpets, soup, snacking platters etc.
We are happy to cater for all dietary needs, including dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, and halal or other religious dietary restrictions.
