Management Team

Lorraine has worked in Early Years and Special Education for over 30 years, 14 of those years at the Cabin! Lorraine used to run a successful village pub, and has an Early Years Foundation Degree. 

In her spare time Lorraine enjoys gardening, walking her dogs, reading, and attending classic car events. 

Lili has been working at the Cabin on and off for over 12 years. She completed a degree in Photojournalism before coming back to Hereford to raise her children. Lili has a Level 3 in Early Years Education, and is currently working on her Level 5 in Early Years Management. In her non-existent spare time Lili likes to take photos and occasionally try to read a book!

Sharon has been working in childcare for over 18 years, and has spent 14 of those at the Cabin!

Sharon has a Level 3 in Early Years Education.

Sharon has recently taken a step back from working with the children, and now oversees site management. 

In her spare time Sharon likes to spend time walking her dogs in the countryside, and spending time with her family.
